
Nicola Degaetano
Mr. Nicola Degaetano graduated in law at the University of Camerino in 1999 and has is a member of the Bar Association of Palermo since 2002. In 2011 he collaborated in Canon Law at the University of Law of Rome "Nicolò Cusano" and is registered on the defenders' lists for legal aid. Since 2018 he is registered as a member of Supreme Court. He has deep experience with criminal and civil law, dealing with litigation in particular with social security and welfare, labor law, insurance law and civil and professional liability. He played the role of risk management for a leading Italian banking institution.

Carlotta Civello
Graduated in law in 2016 in Milan, she also studied at the Univeristé de Montpellier I (France).
Expert in legal research, she mainly deals with judicial activity and she is specialized in civil, commercial, bankruptcy, banking and execution law.
She provides legal assistance and advice to companies.

Roberta Ligotti
Mrs Roberta Ligotti graduated from the University of Milan and carried out the first part of her professional activity at her father's law firm, a well-known Lombard criminal lawyer. She is member of the Milan Bar Association since 1991 and has been registered in the special register of cassationists since 2005. She is an expert in criminal law and deals mainly with financial and corporate crimes, embezzlement and bankruptcy. It has been legal in numerous criminal conspiracy trials. She is fluent in english.

Simona Motta
Simona Motta graduated Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in 2002, she is a member of the Milan Bar Association and she is patron of the Supreme Court since 2017.
She is appointed leading with administrative law, and she was partner in leading administrative law firm, developing a deep knowledge in the fields of urban planning and construction, public tenders, public service concessions, environmental law (management of waste, plastics sector, renewable energy), expropriation procedures, public services (telephony and telecommunications), alleged unfair commercial practices in terms of misleading advertising; abuse of dominant position. She gained a consolidated experience as well in litigation and out of court transactions.
She participate as author in writing of commentaries to the Procurement Code, and she is a well a speaker at conferences on environmental matters.

Benedetta Sirtori
Mrs Benedetta Sirtori graduated from the Bocconi University (MI), and taught as an assistant at the chiar of bankruptcy at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. She attended the School of Business Administration at the University of Western Ontario (Can). She registered since 2000 in the accountants and auditors of Milan, and since 2001 in the register of auditors of the province of Monza and Brianza.
She worked at the most important and renowned tax and tax consulting firms.
She has deep knowledge in tax and tax matters, in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and balance sheets, due diligence, company valuations, extraordinary transactions and tax litigation. She was a board of statutory auditors and a rapporteur on corporate law reform in 2003.
She is fluent in English and French.

Luca Tantalo
Luca Tantalo graduated from the La Sapienza University of Rome, obtained his professional qualification at the Court of Appeal of Milan in 1996 and is registered with the Rome Bar Association. He is a patron of the Superior Magistracies since 2012.
He mainly deals with civil and tax law.
He opened the Tantalo Fornari Law Firm in 1997, of which he is a Senior Partner.
He has been a professional mediator since 2010, and has carried out almost two thousand mediation procedures in this quality, with a very high rate of positive closure, even entirely in English.
He has been a speaker at planty of conferences on civil and tax law, as well as mediation and arbitration. He has many teaching experiences in the above subjects, at public and private institutions and in important Masters.
He has published many texts, both as monographs and in collaboration with other authors, for the most important publishing houses.
He gained extensive and consolidated experience in legal and out-of-court assistance in the fields of civil and tax law.
